With this goal in mind, Tracy launched Silicon Beach Properties just as tech was touching down in LA in a big way. In 2013, tech barely registered in LA, but the coming "Silicon Beach" tsunami was gaining momentum.

What does Tracy know about tech and real estate? After 15 years as a complex business attorney, she co-founded one of the first tech companies to bring MLS listings to websites, right here in LA. Remember that time before Zillow? It was barely 20 years ago. On the bleeding edge, Tracy and her partner were "Silicon Beach" before there was a "Silicon Beach."  

Tech runs deep in our veins. We run a largely paperless office within the framework of a cloud brokerage. We run a very sophisticated tech stack. We are able to efficiently and effectively help a lot of people with a small team. Don't be fooled by big teams claiming they are better equipped to help you. They are mostly just more mouths to feed ... at your expense.
